Anywr moves forward with its external growth strategy with the acquisition of Solantis

The acquisition of Solantis is in line with the development and external growth logic initiated by Anywr's €80 million fundraising last June.

In a context of talent shortage and massive transformation of recruitment and work methods, the acquisition of Solantis enables Anywr to offer its clients in France a much wider choice of recruitment methods and to strengthen its local presence. Solantis and Anywr's offers complement each other to perfectly address the needs of our clients..

With major references and prestigious clients, Solantis, created in 2010, is now positioned as one of the leading firms in the Digital & IT sector in France thanks to its innovative recruitment solutions, particularly in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing). Through this strategic alliance, Anywr enriches its range of recruitment services with an offer dedicated to the search for top management profiles in Digital, IT and Sales and integrates a team of 91 experienced people.

Solantis will now position itself as the spearhead of the Anywr group's head hunting/RPO offers and thus accelerate its international growth. Solantis will be able to draw on the group's power and its digital tools to offer its clients new services (client portal, API, talent applications).
