Wasquehal, 28th June 2023. Anywr, a key player in 360° HR services and digital solutions for recruitment and professional mobility, announced today the opening of a new office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The aim of this strategic expansion is to accelerate recruitment in the Toronto Region and beyond, while offering more accessible and personalized service to its customers.
Canada, like many other countries, is facing a shortage of talent in certain key professions – most notably, information and communications technology (ICT), life sciences and human resources. In the context of this new talent deficit, Anywr is opening an office in Toronto to get closer to its customers and help companies identify and recruit the best candidates wherever they are in the world. Thanks to the company’s worldwide expertise and valuable insights of the Canadian talent pool, Anywr is able to offer solutions tailored to the specific needs of local companies.
With a presence in 17 countries, Anywr has in-depth knowledge of its international markets and proximity to its customers to find the best candidates, wherever they are. The new Toronto subsidiary will play a key role in covering the recruitment needs of English-speaking Canada, in collaboration with the already well-established Montreal office.
Under the direction of Nicolas Vaudenay (Country Manager Canada), Maxime Kalombo will be in charge of developing Anywr's activities in and around Toronto. Maxime brings with him years of experience in human resources and business development, gained during his time working with leading organizations across Canada, France, England, and Africa.
“We are delighted to open a new office in Toronto, strengthening our presence in the Canadian market,” said Nicolas Vaudenay, Country Manager Canada. “Canada is currently experiencing tension in certain professions, and Anywr is here to support companies by providing innovative, tailor-made HR solutions. We look forward to working closely with our Canadian customers and contributing to their success by providing them with the best talent in the market.”
With the opening of this new office in Toronto, Anywr reaffirms its commitment to providing HR solutions and meeting the needs of its customers on a global scale. The company will continue to innovate and expand its services to help companies overcome recruitment and HR management challenges. During the expansion process, Anywr worked closely with Toronto Global, a team of experienced business advisors assisting global businesses to expand into the Toronto Region.
“We are delighted to announce the opening of our new office in Toronto, which will enable us to better meet our customers' needs and provide value to our customer base across North America,” said Olivier Desurmont, CEO of Anywr. “We look forward to continuing to work with the Toronto Global team to further develop our business in the region.”
