After Expat Partners, Geneva Relocation in the third quarter of 2021, Antares in January 2022 and Solantis in early 2023, Anywr confirms the continuity of its external growth strategy initiated by its €80 million fundraising last June. Nordic Relocation is thus the tenth company to join the group since 2018.
Nordic Relocation, with its 40 employees and 3 offices in the country (Stockholm, Gothenburg and Lund) opens the doors of a new European country to Anywr and thus continues to strengthen its local print and its international network.
The demand for talent is increasingly critical, just about everywhere in Europe, and Sweden is not spared from the shortage of skilled labor but Sweden regularly tops the list of the most attractive countries for expatriates. The demand for relocation is therefore really high. Nordic Relocation brings to Anywr additional expertise in relocation for international employees and a deep knowledge of the Swedish market. Founded in 1993 by Åse Löfgren Gunsten and headed by Viktoria Linden, Nordic Relocation has national and international coverage through a global network of partners.
In this context, to accelerate and ease the recruitment and mobility processes, Anywr is pursuing complementary strategies with, on the one hand, the strengthening of the presence of its 360° HR services in new countries, and on the other hand, the development of new services and specialized digital platforms. This model allows the company to respond with flexibility to a growing number of clients.
"Joining Anywr is for us to expand our offers and to be able to provide our clients with 360 HR solutions ranging from relocation to state-of-the-art technology services for new talent acquisition. For our clients, it is the assurance of benefiting from an expert network present throughout the world. We were attracted by the strength of the group and the innovative outlook of Anywr's tools," says Viktoria Linden, CEO of Nordic Relocation.
"We are proud to announce that Nordic Relocation has joined the Anywr Group. This acquisition allows us to continue our international expansion and open our first location in Sweden. We look forward to working with the Nordic Relocation team to further develop our business in this region," says Olivier Desurmont, CEO of Anywr.
Anywr continues to seek acquisition opportunities to strengthen its global presence and expand its 360 digital and HR services and solutions for companies and talent seeking new challenges.
