Anywr announces the creation of a Chief of Staff position and the arrival of Pierre de Moucheron, to strengthen its internal structure and support its growth
Wasquehal, May 9th 2023. Anywr, a key player in HR 360 solutions that combines human and digital expertise, announces the arrival of its new Chief of Staff, Pierre de Moucheron, to strengthen its internal structure and support its growth.
Pierre de Moucheron's arrival at Anywr is in line with the group's development logic, marked by an 80 million euro fundraising last June.
With formative experience in M&A positions at Deloitte and People&Baby and two entrepreneurial adventures, Pierre has a global vision of the company and a practical knowledge of coordinating complex projects in different fields.
As Chief of Staff, Pierre de Moucheron will be the voice of Olivier Desurmont, CEO, to internal and external audiences. Working closely with the members of the Comex and the different teams of the company, he will be in charge of structuring M&A and coordinating all the company's activities.
At Anywr, Pierre de Moucheron will also be responsible for overseeing the performance improvement processes, planning and implementation of the company's strategic initiatives. Working closely with the company's various departments, he will aim to create a culture of collaboration and operational excellence, enabling Anywr to continue to grow and develop.
