- You have experience in office administration, secretarial work and accounting;

- You have a good command of English;

- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- You have knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles;

- You have a perfect command of Microsoft Office and office management software (such as ERP) for managing financial and personnel files.



Context

As a key member of the office, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and accounting functions. You will work closely with the Managing Director, while also acting as his or her personal assistant. Your role will include bookkeeping, assisting the Managing Director, as well as supervising drivers and domestic staff. Maintaining a positive working environment will also be an essential part of your responsibilities.




Mission

- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies;

- Manage schedules, travel and appointments for the Managing Director and colleagues;

- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director;

- Assisting with visitor travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, invitation letters and flight confirmations;

- Handle telephone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, parcels, etc.).

- Assist with budgeting and accounting tasks;

- Ensure that the monthly accounts are closed on time;

- Maintain and update records and databases, including personnel and financial information;

- Monitor office supplies and place orders if necessary;

- Prepare and submit reports, presentations and proposals in a timely manner;

- Supervising office supplies and maintenance;

- Manage company vehicles and supervise drivers;

- Assist with property management tasks, including cleaning the office and managing domestic staff;

- Provide support to colleagues if necessary;

- Perform other tasks as required.
