Context
Our client, a major player in the banking market, is accelerating its development strategy and is currently looking for an Agile Master M/F.
The position is based in Casablanca, Morocco.
Mission
Your role will be to coach and guide teams in adopting and developing Agile methodologies. Your main tasks will include :
- Encouraging the adoption of Agile methods within teams by providing specific training and coaching team members.
- Working closely with the Product Owner to ensure that the backlog is properly managed and prioritised.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, by identifying and implementing process improvements and facilitating retrospectives.
- Monitoring the team's progress through key indicators, ensuring transparency and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
