  • Training: 5 years' higher education (Masters) in IT, telecommunications or IT systems security.
  • A degree from a leading engineering school would be an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years' professional experience, with significant experience as an architect in the banking sector.

Technical skills :

  • In-depth expertise in retail banking information systems
  • Ability to analyse, simplify and manage stakeholder relations
  • Effective communication with a wide range of employees involved in the transformation
  • Methodical and organised, able to define and implement a strategic vision


Managerial skills

  • Customer focus: active listening, focus on customer needs, and regular travel planning
  • Team spirit: ability to get the various parties involved in the transformation project to support and collaborate with each other

Context

Our client, a major player in the banking market, is accelerating its development strategy and is currently looking for a Enterprise Architect (M/F) .

If you accept this position, you will be part of an innovative team in a fast-growing company on the African continent with two entities: Casablanca and Abidjan.





Mission

Reporting to the Architecture, Transformation & Innovation Department, the Enterprise Architect will have the following responsibilities:


  • Defining and managing IS architecture IT architecture: Design and guide the development of the overall IT architecture to meet the strategic needs of the various business divisions, while guaranteeing security and risk management.
  • Participate in Transformation Projects : Evaluate, design and implement technological solutions that integrate harmoniously into our IS, in line with our standards and strategic objectives.
  • Promoting innovation : Stay at the cutting edge of technological advances, propose and implement innovative solutions to improve our IS and support our growth.
  • Drawing up Norms and Standards : Create and maintain IS architecture standards and principles, in collaboration with the business teams, to ensure the coherent and secure development of our technological environment.
  • Documentation and Standards Architecture: Provide the necessary documentation and update the company's architecture repository.
  • Project Selection and Evaluation : Actively participate in the selection and evaluation of new technological projects, and monitor their impact on the IS.
  • Knowledge transfer : Facilitate the sharing of knowledge and best practice within IS teams, and communicate architecture principles and standards with communities of experts.
