With at least 2 years' experience on data projects, you already have a good understanding of the processes involved in data quality and data analysis.
You have good interpersonal and communication skills, and can work both independently and as part of a team in an international environment.
You also need to be able to analyse and summarise, adapting your communication to the profile of the people you are dealing with.
Your skills :
- Fluent English (International scope)
- Knowledge of SQL language and databases
- Knowledge of analytical tools / data visualisation / BI (e.g. Google data studio, Tableau)
- Knowledge of HR business processes (recruitment, comp&ben, learning, management, etc.) is an additional asset
Context
To support our client, a major player in the retail sector, our Anywr freelance team is currently looking for a freelance Business Analyst / Project Manager (HR side) (M/F). If you're looking to join an international company in an IT department organised on a product basis and where the agile method is de rigueur, you've come to the right place! For this assignment, you can telework at least 2 days a week and the premises are accessible by public transport.
Mission
The main tasks of this assignment are as follows:
- Drafting functional specifications for the automation of KPIs for legal reporting and HR analyses
- Participate in defining and implementing the governance and strategy for managing data quality
- Structuring and defining the data linked to the HR data sphere in conjunction with the Auchan data governance team to ensure that it is understood, properly used and of high quality.
- Define business rules for the data lifecycle (collection, use and archiving)
- Participating in the acceptance process: drafting test cases and scenarios, organising, carrying out and monitoring the acceptance process in conjunction with the business lines
- Defining and implementing change management: communication plan, training and deployment of solutions.
