Wanted profile
- 5 years' higher education or equivalent
- Minimum experience of 3 years
- Good knowledge of the main development tools and a range of application solutions (ERP, CRM, EAI, etc.), databases, etc.
- Knowledge of risk management techniques
- Knowledge of project management processes and methods
- Mastery of programming techniques and methods
- Knowledge of IT security standards and procedures
- Fluency in French and technical English
Context
Anywr is recruiting a Junior Project Manager for one of its leading Energy clients.
Mission
- Contributing to the documentation of project specifications, objectives and requirements, ensuring that they are clear and understandable to all stakeholders.
- Participate in the coordination of internal and external teams involved in the project, facilitating communication and following up on assigned tasks
- Monitor and regularly update dashboards and project tracking tools to provide accurate progress reports to the senior project manager and stakeholders
- Assisting in the management of project risks and problems, identifying deviations from the initial plan and proposing solutions to resolve them
- Helping to organise and run project meetings, taking minutes and following up agreed actions
- Working with team members to ensure the quality of project deliverables and customer satisfaction
- Participating in post-project evaluation to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improving project management processes and methodologies
- Keep abreast of best practice in project management and developments in the field, and propose recommendations for incorporating them into future projects
- Assume other responsibilities assigned by the senior project manager or management, depending on the needs of the project and the organisation
