- An engineering degree or master's in IT/telecom
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and OSI layers.
- Expertise in managing and securing networks using advanced firewalling, switching and routing techniques.
- Proficiency in VPN solutions (L2TP, IPSEC, SSL VPN) and a good understanding of high availability (HA) in networks and infrastructures.
- Experience with ToIP technologies and telephony systems, with a particular interest in improving existing platforms.
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, with a strong aptitude for solving complex problems and taking rapid decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, needed to manage project teams and interact with stakeholders.
Context
Anywr is recruiting a Telecoms Project Manager for one of its leading Energy clients.
The position is based in Casablanca, Morocco.
Mission
- Coordinating and supervising telecoms infrastructure deployment projects, including communications networks, transmission systems and associated technologies.
- Planning, monitoring and managing project costs, while ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Working closely with the technical teams to design network architectures using dynamic routing protocols and advanced security configurations.
- Manage relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Carrying out regular audits of the infrastructures in place to ensure their integrity and performance.
- Organising and running training and awareness-raising sessions for internal teams on new technologies and best practices in the sector.
