Wanted profile
- You have at least 5 years' experience in HR/HRIS and have already taken part in a major HRIS project.
- You have a good command of Workday and are comfortable using its modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Workforce Planning, Time and Attendance, Learning Management).
- You are comfortable with project management and have a good command of project management methodologies.
- You are perfectly at ease in English, an essential asset for our international projects.
- You have excellent communication and leadership skills and a real taste for consultancy and project management.

Context
Would you like to take on new challenges as part of a dynamic team full of good ideas? We're looking for a consultant specialising in the Workday solution to help our customers optimise their human resources management. You will be working on one or more key Workday modules: Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Workforce Planning, Time and Attendance, and Learning Management.
Mission
As an expert in the solution, you will be in charge of HR/HIS consultancy assignments for key accounts in various sectors (Banking/Insurance, Telecoms/Media, Industry, Health, Energy) with the following responsibilities:
- HR Project Management Assistance
- Analyse and optimise HR processes
- Leading HR workshops with stakeholders
- Write functional specifications
- Design and implement functional recipes
- Creating training materials and organising training sessions
- Provide functional support to users
- Helping deploy Workday solutions
- Project management :
- Manage the project, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are respected
- Leading steering committees and ensuring smooth communication between teams
- Change management :
- Identify the customer's specific issues
- Analyse the impact of changes brought about by the project
- Designing and deploying change support systems
- Lead training sessions to ensure user buy-in
