Wanted profile


  • You have at least 5 years' experience in HR/HRIS and have already taken part in a major HRIS project.
  • You have a good command of Workday and are comfortable using its modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Workforce Planning, Time and Attendance, Learning Management).
  • You are comfortable with project management and have a good command of project management methodologies.
  • You are perfectly at ease in English, an essential asset for our international projects.
  • You have excellent communication and leadership skills and a real taste for consultancy and project management.

Context

Would you like to take on new challenges as part of a dynamic team full of good ideas? We're looking for a consultant specialising in the Workday solution to help our customers optimise their human resources management. You will be working on one or more key Workday modules: Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Workforce Planning, Time and Attendance, and Learning Management.



Mission

As an expert in the solution, you will be in charge of HR/HIS consultancy assignments for key accounts in various sectors (Banking/Insurance, Telecoms/Media, Industry, Health, Energy) with the following responsibilities:



  • HR Project Management Assistance
  • Analyse and optimise HR processes
  • Leading HR workshops with stakeholders
  • Write functional specifications
  • Design and implement functional recipes
  • Creating training materials and organising training sessions
  • Provide functional support to users
  • Helping deploy Workday solutions
  • Project management :
  • Manage the project, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are respected
  • Leading steering committees and ensuring smooth communication between teams
  • Change management :
  • Identify the customer's specific issues
  • Analyse the impact of changes brought about by the project
  • Designing and deploying change support systems
  • Lead training sessions to ensure user buy-in

You will play an active role in the growth of our organisation, contributing to the success of our assignments and strengthening existing client relationships while exploring new development opportunities.
