Wanted profile
- Degree in business management, business informatics, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years' experience in SAP consulting, particularly in customising SAP HCM modules (PA/PY, PT, OM, ESS/MSS), and experience in project management.
- In-depth expertise in personnel management processes (particularly in German payroll).
- Perfect command of spoken and written German and English.
Context
Our SAP team of experienced consultants covers a wide range of SAP products. We work on planning, implementation and management projects for all business sectors. As a Senior SAP Consultant, your main role will be to analyse customer requirements, assess their feasibility and provide tailored advice. You will also use your expertise to support our customers in complex implementation projects, leading workshops with professionalism and know-how.
Mission
- Join a team of specialist consultants and manage customers in one or more areas of SAP HCM (e.g. Payroll, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Organisational Management, Employee/Manager Self-Services).
- Analyse, optimise, design and implement personnel management processes in SAP HCM, with customised adaptations via Customizing.
- Taking an active part in customer projects, leading workshops, developing concepts and defining work packages.
- Implementing solutions in collaboration with your project team and supporting customers throughout the process, from the go-live phase through to post-implementation monitoring.
- Contribute to the acquisition of new customers and to business development (preparing bids, pitches, responses to invitations to tender, participation in trade fairs).
- Continue to expand your technical knowledge, mentor junior consultants and help pass on your knowledge within our organisation.
