Wanted profile
- 5 years' higher education or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience.
- Experience in Android and standard Java development
- Knowledge of SQLite, ORM, REST WebServices consumption
- Source code control (Git, Devops)
- Knowledge of standard electronic payment protocols (ISO 7816-8583, 1784-PCC) would be a plus.
Context
Anywr is recruiting an Android Electronic Payment Developer for one of its leading Energy clients.
Mission
- Analysing the functional specifications and requirements of the electronic payment system.
- Designing and developing robust and secure Android applications for electronic payment terminals (EFTPOS) and other electronic payment devices, using best development practices and security standards.
- Work with the test teams to develop comprehensive test scenarios and ensure the quality and reliability of Android payment applications.
- Ensuring the technical documentation of developments, including technical specifications, design diagrams and user guides.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in Android development and electronic payment security.
- Participating in the evaluation and integration of new technologies and software components into Android electronic payment applications.
- Keeping a regulatory watch on security and compliance standards in the field of electronic payments, and adapting applications accordingly.
- Participating in team meetings, code reviews and other collaborative activities to improve development practices and promote knowledge sharing.
