Training :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems or similar field.
- Certifications in Power BI, SAP, SAS EG or equivalent technologies are a plus.
Experience required :
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Technical skills :
Compulsory :
- Expertise in SAP BW, SAP BO, UNV/UNX migration, SAS EG, Oracle, SQL.
Desired :
- Knowledge of SAP 4HANA, DAX, Python.
Mission
Main responsibilities:
1. Transformation of the SAP data environment
- Steering the migration of UNV universes to UNX in SAP BO, ensuring rigorous and fluid data management during the transition.
- Optimising data structures in SAP BW to adapt them to the UNX environment.
- Identifying and resolving problems linked to IT and data transformation projects, to ensure that HR analysis operations run smoothly.
2. Data sourcing and management
- Carry out ETL processes (Extraction, Transformation, Loading) from various sources, such as SAP HR, SAP BW, and Oracle and SQL databases.
- Set up and maintain efficient data pipelines to ensure smooth transformation and reliable data delivery.
- Use MS Access and VBA scripts for advanced integration and fine-grained data manipulation.
- Thoroughly validate and test data structures to ensure accuracy and consistency when transforming existing universes and queries.
3. Collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Working with the IT, HR Analytics and business departments to ensure that the transformation project is consistent with organisational objectives.
- Training and supporting stakeholders in the UNX environment, thereby facilitating the adoption of the new configuration.
- Acting as a technical expert to resolve transformation-related problems and reporting any anomalies to the Tribe Data Hub.
4. Gathering and translating business needs
- Interacting with internal stakeholders to identify current and future reporting needs, in line with the ongoing transformation.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions adapted to the UNX framework.
5. Support for SAP reporting and integration
- Contributing to the development and optimisation of SAP BO reports in the UNX environment.
- Ensuring the compatibility and integration of downstream analysis tools, such as Power BI, where necessary.
