Who are you:
- You have 8+ years of experience in a similar role
- You have proficiency in spoken and written English;
- You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- You have strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot;
- You have experience designing and developing RESTful APIs;
- You have in-depth knowledge of software architecture and design patterns;
- You have excellent relational skills, precision, flexibility, teamwork attitude, and ability to achieve results;
- You have experience with Adobe AEM and its related technologies is a plus;
- You have experience leading and mentoring development teams is a plus.
- You have extensive experience in developing web and mobile applications using ReactJS, React Native and related technologies;
- You have strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
- You have familiarity with state management libraries like Redux;
- You are responsible and organized, respectful and respectable towards your team
Context
Our client, one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector, is seeking for a Digital Factory Responsible for their newly established hub in Tunis.
Mission
What you will do:
- You will develop robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using Spring Boot;
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver digital products and services;
- You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- You will do team management and mentor subordinates
- You will design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high availability and performance.
- You will contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- You will build high-quality code by developing both unit and integration testing
- You will participate in code reviews to ensure new code conforms to the highest standards
- You will collaborate with peer organizations, devOps, and support organizations on technical document projects.
- You will stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web and mobile development.
