- At least 15 years' experience in geotechnical works, preferably in special foundations.
- Excellent team management, leadership and communication skills.
- Mastery of the technical and regulatory aspects of geotechnical work.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of financial and budgetary management.
- Customer-oriented, with strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Context
We're looking for our client, a company specialising in geotechnical work and special foundations, a Works Manager.
You will be responsible for the complete management of projects, from planning to completion. You will work closely with the management team and report directly to the Operations or Business Manager.
Mission
- To manage the entire project while respecting deadlines, budgets and quality requirements.
- Manage a team of 3 to 10 people, including works and technical engineers, QHSE experts, managers and assistants.
- Assuming responsibility for the QHSE aspects of the project, including delegation of authority.
- Overseeing the project's budget management and income statement plan.
- Organising and managing the project schedule to ensure it runs smoothly.
- Contract management in collaboration with the Legal Department.
- Be the main point of contact for the customer and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.
- The opportunity to be versatile and take part in invitations to tender by carrying out projects and carrying out price studies between two projects.

Package :
Attractive remuneration package of 13.3 months + variable salary of 1 to 2 months depending on targets + company car + profit-sharing + PEE / PERCO contributions depending on seniority.
