*Have a very good knowledge of how a plant operates

*Have a good command of blowing/injection machines (origins: Italy, Taiwan, Korea, China, EU, etc.) for the products in question

Context

Mission

Main tasks:

- Assisting the Managing Director with all technical and managerial tasks relating to the smooth running of the plant;

- Ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance and proper use of all the plant's technical facilities;

- To optimise the production process and ensure that standards are applied by implementing the strategy decided by the company in relation to the production process.

Main activities:

- Manage production budgets and schedules;

- Drawing up and supervising the curative and preventive maintenance schedule;

- Ensuring that operational manuals and procedures are up to date;

- Define and monitor performance indicators;

- Optimising work methods and quality control;

- Identify malfunctions, define corrective actions, implement them and measure the impact on production;

- Establish workload plans, quantities, volumes and production rates for production lines;

- Participate in drawing up the industrial policy (master production plan) and continuous improvement policy (development plans and continuous improvement plans).
