- Excellent communication and documentation skills, essential for training users and communicating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong aptitude for managing several projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, essential for navigating the system's technical and functional challenges.
Context
Anywr is recruiting a Microsoft AX Retail Expert for one of its leading Energy clients.
The position is based in Casablanca, Morocco.
Mission
- Managing the implementation, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 specifically for Retail environments.
- Working closely with functional teams to identify specific user requirements and adapt the ERP solution accordingly.
- Carrying out system migrations and upgrades, ensuring data transition and integration with SQL Server 2012.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for analytical and reporting needs, using native Dynamics AX tools.
- Provide technical support and training to end users, improving their understanding and use of the system.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to the ERP and database, ensuring rapid resolution to minimise the impact on day-to-day operations.
