  • Proven work experience (2 - 3 years) as a Sales experience and strong administration skills in a busy client focused commercial environment.

  • You should be flexible and adaptable to any situation
  • You should be autonomous and proactive
  • Must be IT literate.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator in Germany for a global international business that designs, manufacturers and supplies commercial kitchen equipment to the biggest Fast Food Restaurant Corporations.


Full remote position with 50% travelling time.


Who are we looking for?


  • A motivated Project Coordinator with technical project management experience
  • Fluent in German and a strong English
  • A candidate ideally based in the in the middle/eastern part of Germany (Erfurt/Leipzig/Hannover), flexible and willing to travel on a regular basis




Mission

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Support the Market Manager
  • Attending site meetings with the project team
  • Management, planning and coordination of restaurant remodeling projects
  • Provide technical consultation either by phone, web or face to face
  • Inform internal teams of forecast volumes and planning (shipping, buying, production)
  • Work with Operations; Equipment and Construction dep to resolve and/or facilitate solutions to make it real in the restaurant
  • Liaising and training external third party partners on the project
  • Prepare quotes and liaise with the administration department to create invoices and follow them up
  • Develop, alongside the client, new internal tools to ensure the good management of the project
  • Regular travels within Germany
