Context
Our client, one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector, is seeking for a "General Services Senior Specialist" for their newly established IT hub in Tunis.
The General Services Senior Specialist has the responsibility of providing support to all functions in the execution of the general services for the SISAL Tunisa entities.
Mission
What you’ll do
▪ You will deal with all the facility management duties regarding the office maintenance, like heating, air conditioning, water, fire protection systems and electrical systems.
▪ You will deal with the management of relationships with business travel agencies and the management of mail, including couriers.
▪ You will deal with the car company contracts and with all the related bills of contracts within the subsidiary.
▪ You will deal with the H&S implementation at all levels. (Employees training, facilities adequacy to law and regulations) aligned with the HR Manager.
▪ You will deal with Facility maintenance (doors and windows, office furniture,)
▪ You will handle the cleaning and waste management services, reception and security concierge services, mail, and internal logistics services and any other contracts that could be required to develop SISAL activity.
▪ You will take care of expenses management. Taking care of managers approvals and of expense reports.
▪ You will handle the Petty cash (payments, registration of income/expenses).
▪ You will provide support to the SISAL entities if needed on the relationship of public administrations.
▪ You will take care of publishing and updating the information related to internal policies of SISAL or any useful information that should be on the platform.
▪ You will provide support to visitors and take care of arranging events or trips if needed.
