On behalf of our client in Tunis, we are recruiting a declarative payroll manager.

Mission

Job details / Missions / Main activities :

Retirement :

• Processing of letters from pension fund returns.
• Analysis of discrepancies between the customer's database and that of the pension organisation.
• Ensuring data compliance at DSN level
• Follow-up with the accounts department to justify balances.

Urssaf :

• Handling of all Urssaf requests, by post, e-mail and on site.
• Processing formal notices.
• Monitoring developments and their implementation on the customer's site.
• Ensuring data compliance at DSN level

CPAM :

• Monitor IJSS with managers.
• Analyse and deal with complicated cases directly with the CPAM.
• Follow-up of undue payment letters.
• Act as a link between the customer and the CPAM for sensitive cases.

Pensions :

• Handling of all requests from the organisation concerning the DSN.
• Ensuring compliance of developments between the organisation and the customer.
• Liaising with the HR/Provident Benefits department and the Payroll department.

Summary:

Be able to deal with all correspondence from social security bodies, and be able to think critically, analyse and summarise.

He or she will act as a correlator between the HR, Prévoyance, Rh arrêt de travail, Payroll, Accounts and Treasury departments.
