  • Basic knowledge of immigration legislation and permit application procedures in Switzerland.

Context

As part of our Immigration activity for the Swiss market, Anywr is recruiting an Immigration Consultant M/F/X on a permanent contract based in Paris.





Mission

Working as part of the Immigration team and under the supervision of the Sales Manager, your main tasks will be as follows:


  • Receipt of mandate :

Receive permit and visa applications from customers and record the necessary information in internal tools.

  • Feasibility analysis :

Assess the possibility of obtaining the type of work permit required based on the customer's profile and the regulatory specificities of the candidates.

  • Document collection :

Gathering all the necessary documents and information from customers to compile the application file. Write covering letters if necessary and assemble applications.

  • Instructions for submitting an application :

Provide clear instructions on the method (local registration, online or by post) depending on the requirements of the canton concerned.

  • Follow-up of the request :

Regularly monitoring the progress of the application with the relevant authorities and keeping the customer informed of developments.

  • Receipt of permit :

Receive the work permit or visa and forward it to the customer, ensuring that the documents are in order.

  • Support and advice :

Responding to customers' immigration queries throughout the process, providing appropriate advice and ensuring customer satisfaction.
