Skills required:

  • Mastery of quality standards

SQM 9001 (version 2015) : Expertise in implementing and managing quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001.

ISO 27001 : In-depth knowledge and application of ISO 27001 requirements for information security .

  • Quality and safety risk management information security.
  • Governance support: Ability to support corporate governance processes, including regulatory compliance and best practice.
  • SQM awareness: best practices in the quality management system (SQM).
  • In-depth knowledge of project management
  • General knowledge of audits
  • Mastery of risk analysis methods
  • Mastery of management and communication techniques
  • Definition of indicators, preparation of dashboards and analysis of results
  • Identifying the relevance of methods in relation to objectives
  • Organising and optimising the resources needed to achieve the entity's objectives
  • Fluency in technical English is recommended

Context

Our client, a major player in the energy sector of Morocco, is opening its doors to Engineer Quality (IS) (H/F).



Mission

As Quality Manager, you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:

Missions :

  • Implementing and maintaining a quality management system.
  • Supervising quality assurance and quality control activities.
  • Developing quality policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating internal audits and staff training.
  • Managing customer complaints and keeping a regulatory watch.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
  • Supervising quality control processes and analysing quality data.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Developing and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Promoting a quality culture within the organisation.
  • Working with suppliers and contributing to strategic planning.
