1 Physicians / Pharmacist biologists M/F to practice in French Guiana in Cayenne
co-responsible for the technical platform
A comprehensive and long-term proposal to foster integration and support involvement.
Mission
You will be in charge of the activity of the technical platform - co-responsible for the technical platform, its proper functioning and its development.
You will carry out the biological validation mainly of the files of your site, but also in multi-sites, while being an actor in the continuous improvement of the quality system of the laboratory.
As a team manager, you will be committed to the development of your employees' skills and will ensure a social climate conducive to the development of each individual.
To accomplish all the development and management tasks entrusted to you, you will be able to rely on the management and support functions of S.E.L.A.S. as well as on the support services of the Diagnostics France Group.
Remuneration
We offer attractive fees from the start of your career, and we support your progression within the group. If you wish to take on additional cross-functional assignments or responsibilities within the SELAS, we will also adapt your fees accordingly.
Activity time
You will work as a biologist for a number of days defined in accordance with your expectations and our needs, with the possibility of part-time work.
Statut
You will be a partner in the SELAS. This means that you will take part in all decisions taken at the General Meeting.
We prefer the liberal status.

Accompaniment
At the beginning of the collaboration, we will identify a "tutor" colleague within the SELAS to accompany you and facilitate your integration. You will also benefit from the training modules necessary for an efficient start. If you take responsibility for a site, you will have the opportunity to take part in the "Manager's Course", a customised internal training programme (management, finance, regulatory and legal, continuous improvement, quality, IT, etc.). You will meet support teams and colleagues and, while sharing your experiences, you will develop your transversal skills.
Mobility
If you join us from another region, we will take care of all or part of your moving expenses. You can also benefit from site visits in advance.
For Guyana, we propose : Exceptional remuneration: €200,000 including €40,000 bonus on objectives
Company car / Housing assistance up to 2 k€ monthly / Coverage of an annual return air ticket to mainland France.
