Wanted profile
- You are a graduate of a leading business or engineering school, or have a university degree in finance.
- You have 3 to 4 years' prior successful experience in a transaction services and/or audit firm, in a company working on acquisition, merger or disposal projects, or in an investment fund.
- You have a good command of Excel and PowerPoint
- You are dynamic and enterprising, with a strong taste for analysis and a good ability to summarise.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent interpersonal and management skills.
- You are fluent in English
Location
You will be based in Casablanca, with possible travel abroad.
Context
As an Experienced Transaction Services Consultant, you will be involved in a wide range of issues relating to financial transactions: assisting private equity companies and industrial groups with the sale or acquisition of holdings or subsidiaries, as well as equity transactions.
You will be joining a recently created international firm that is a 100% subsidiary of the Group, working closely with the Paris-based team, a market-leading team of over 150 professionals.
A leader in the Transaction Services market in France for several years, our teams operate in an international environment on behalf of investment funds and industrial groups.
Mission
In this context, you will help our clients to analyse the risks and opportunities associated with the transaction and to translate them into terms of value, contractual guarantees and post-acquisition strategy.
As an Experienced Consultant, you will be keen to work on the following assignments :
- Buy-side and sell-side due diligence
- Preliminary diagnosis of targets
- Optimising disposal/separation processes
- Assistance with data rooms
- Contractual definitions and price adjustment mechanisms
- Modelling the accounting effects of the transaction for the acquirer
In addition, you will support Junior Consultants and Analysts in their development and will be encouraged to take part in cross-functional issues relating to the development of the TS department (sales, recruitment, training, etc.).
