Process Engineer (H/F)

Context

The main objective of this mission is to comprehensively document the organisation's IT strategy, processes, information and assets, in order to ensure an effective, sustainable, agile and adaptable response to current and future needs. This involves bringing together business needs, capabilities, technology and processes to ensure effective and efficient management.

Mission

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for :

• Defining and implementing new processes or sub-processes in line with Business Architecture principles and the bank's strategic objectives.
• Continuously improve existing processes to optimise customer satisfaction, efficiency and risk management.
• Helping to define requirements and validate changes to process-related applications.
• Regularly analyse and evaluate existing processes using key indicators, customer feedback, etc., and suggest improvements.
• Liaising with stakeholders (internal and external) and maintaining effective communication to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation to facilitate implementation in the field and resolve any incidents.
• Ensuring that processes and documentation comply with internal and external guidelines (Legal, Compliance, etc.).

As part of the change management process, you will be required to :

• Identifying training needs and supporting teams in adopting new processes or changes.
• Actively participating in the ideation phases in collaboration with the Business and IT teams to ensure that solutions are tailored to customers' needs and the Bank's strategic objectives.
• Working in an Agile environment, collaborating as part of a multi-disciplinary team to define, test and implement products and services to tight deadlines.
