Location: Lille (euratechnologies district) - near "bois blancs" metro station
Type of contract: Permanent contract - Executive status
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position
Salary Between €40K and €45K gross fixed annual salary

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of the functional innovation process within the company.
Your main tasks will be as follows:
- Build a strategic vision of the product offering in the CMMS and QHSE software market, by listening to the market (customers), partners and the company's direct or indirect competitors
- Bringing customers' functional requirements to the attention of the sales team and translating them into functional specifications for the technical team, by drawing up specifications, including graphic mock-ups (for example, using the Figma graphic visualisation tool).
- Steering the product roadmap process (functional) in coordination with the sales team and the technical team
