Product Manager "Programme Engagement" F/H

Our Anywr freelance team is currently looking for a freelance Product Manager (F/H) to support our client, a major player in the retail sector.

Mission

Context

The company is launching a new cross-channel loyalty programme in all its countries.

On a web scale, the loyalty pathways need to be rethought through the customer's web account.

Perimeter :

Web customer account and checkout loyalty

The expected tasks are as follows:

• Building web/cross-channel customer journeys in line with the new engagement programme, in conjunction with the product designer
• Coordination with project stakeholders: marketing management, business lines, IT, etc.
• Steering the project within the web perimeter and managing memberships
• Prioritisation and delivery planning
• Leading the delivery and functional validation of developments
• Participation in various agile rituals
• Development of the roll-out strategy in conjunction with the marketing department
• Participation in project communication
