  • Training at Bac +2/3 level:
  • BTS or DUT in mechanical, electrotechnical or electrical design or any other diploma deemed relevant.
  • Interest in major building or industrial projects (scope > €25 million);
  • In-depth knowledge of REVIT modelling software.
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience;
  • Demonstrated experience in HVAC/plumbing and/or electrical modelling (MEP);
  • Experience in building structure modelling would be an asset.
  • Positive and forward-looking attitude, honesty ;
  • Autonomy, proactivity, active listening;
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail;
  • Ability to integrate quickly into a team;
  • Great technical curiosity, ability to use knowledge;
  • Interest in small, growing structures (start-ups);
  • Interest in international projects (Canada, Belgium, possibly Africa).




Context

As part of its expansion in France, our client is looking for a BIM draughtsman. This involves the creation of a new post . The position is located in Lesquin (59) with 2 days of teleworking per week.



Mission

  • Modelling digital mock-ups in REVIT (studies, working drawings and completed works files);
  • Creating and supplying BIM element libraries (technical families);
  • Produce technical descriptions and estimates for each phase of the studies, taking into account the constraints of the project;
  • Participate in defining the dimensions and layout of structures;
  • Carry out or check the quantity surveys and bills of materials in accordance with project conventions and applicable BIM charters;
  • Ensure the reliability of the plans, taking into account the standards of our sector (construction);
  • Update and/or make changes to existing digital models;
  • Respecter les plannings ;
  • Taking part in progress and coordination meetings;
  • Develop tools to guarantee the efficiency and productivity of modelling ;
  • Keeping a technical watch on the most innovative construction and production methods (e.g. operational BIM).

Fixed salary: depending on your experience

Variable :

  • 3-5% per case brought in
  • Bonus on results of current operations
  • 500 per co-option after trial period


Permanent contract with an end customer.
