Bachelor's Degree
  • Bac + 3/4 in Commerce and Marketing ;
  • At least 05 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in mass distribution;
  • Proven commercial experience;

  • Technical skills :

Proven experience in the wholesale food network;

Excellent command of sales techniques;

Knowledge of the area and its particular features ;

Very good knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Power BI and ERP CRM;

Hold a driving licence and have good driving experience;

Context

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for coordinating the sales activities of your region by implementing the sales policy and leading your team in line with the objectives set, in strict compliance with the allocated budget.




Mission

- Implement the sales policy and the strategy for coordinating sales activities in your area;

- Apply the sales prices defined in the sales policy;

- Ensure that the targets set (volume, sales margin) are met;

- Network site visits: strategic visits to customers to negotiate the company's commercial relationship;

- Monitor and organise skills development (PDP) and propose training courses;

- Allocate credits with the approval of the hierarchy ;

- Have complete control over customer credit and ensure that payments are made within the 30-day payment period;

- Monitor customer accounts in terms of payments, turnover and balances to avoid customer arrears;

- Representing the company at trade fairs, conferences, consular chambers, local authorities and other events;

- Monitoring the competition;

- Ensuring the development of human resources by diagnosing individual and collective skills;

- Make proposals on the QMS;

- Reporting on sales activity and profitability (range, type, product).
