- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Offshore O&G Structural design.
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural/Naval) or related field.
- Full Proficiency in STAAD PRO and Mathcad/Excel for steel connections.
- Technical knowledge of steel fabrication and steel material selection as per relevant Codes;
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and Class Rules.
- Experience in High-Pressure Piping (HP) Design is a major plus.

Context
We are currently looking for a Senior Calculation Engineer to join our client in the Offshore Oil and Gas Sector. You will play a key role in supporting the Engineering Manager by carrying out structural analysis, leading and mentoring junior Calculation engineers.
Mission
- Perform structural analysis of steel structures;
- Detailed design of steel connections (welded/bolted) by analytical methods / hand calculations;
- Perform lifting analysis of skids, modules and equipment;
- Lead teams of Jr. engineers into the successful completion of projects and objectives;
- Write technical reports and calculation notes in technical English as per the requirements of Classification Societies Rules and Regulations;
- Review, check, and verify structural drawings, and supporting documentation rated to the project in accordance with Client requirements;
- Assist the project engineers during the preliminary studies, procurement, and installation phases;
- Manage third party personnel by monitoring the workload and verifying deliverables;
- Coach and mentor junior members of the team
