Education required:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline desired.
- Certificates in Scrum or Agile are a plus.
Experience / Background:
- 7+ years of experience in technology / IT team with product & platform deployment in an international organisation
- Demonstrate effective communication, presentation skills, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and coach others
- Have solid knowledge and experiences on project management.
- Experience with various methodology practices
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing change in ways of working, collaboration within a cross-domain / market / functional context.
Language:
- Fluent in English

In the same spirit, Anywr Vietnam are currently recruiting a Senior Technology Manager (M/F) for one of our clients, a leading worldwide Wine and Spirits company, located in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City.
Mission
Roles and responsibilities:
The position will report to the Head of Technology for Asia and will be based in Management Entity.
Business acumen and partnership:
- Act as a partner and advisor on technology with business stakeholders on Technology
- Knows markets business model, ways of working and processes
- Propose technologies and solutions which benefits the business
Strategy & Roadmap:
In collaboration with the Regional Technology Transformation team in Asia the Market Technology Senior Manager will:
- Design & own the technology roadmap for the Management Entity in collaboration with affiliates stakeholders as well as product & platform teams.
- Contribute to design and implementation of Technology Strategies in the Market.
- Proactively identifies and advice on technology improvements.
- Identify value opportunities to exploit the domain or technology for maximum business effectiveness
Operational & Functional:
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure alignment on the IT Roadmap and resources capacity
- Proactively manage the Management Entity Portfolio and tracks value creation
- Generate solution design artefacts (e.g. diagrams, design, user stories)
- Provide estimates, prepare sprint plans, and monitor tasks to ensure delivery dates are adhered to
- Ensure adherence to the defined Configuration, Change and Problem Management processes.
- Proactively provides technical guidance and mentoring
Compliance:
- Is aware of legal regulations for the Management Entities regarding security, data protection…
- Is responsible for the execution of internal controls (user access reviews, Segregation of duties, internal and externa audits…)
Vendor Management:
- Manage and evaluate local vendors to ensure service continuity and continuous improvement if required.
