Context
Following strong growth and the creation a subsidiary in France the world's leading specialist in the production, distribution, installation and maintenance of energy efficiency solutions. running tracks (rails, fixings, spacers, etc.) is looking for its Service Manager.
Our client carries out large-scale, multidisciplinary rail projects in the industrial and port sectors.
Mission
Reporting to the Project Director to ensure that contracts run smoothly with the help of the works teams (in direct contact with the works supervisors) to the customer's satisfaction
To do this you must :
- Supervising, leading and organising works teams
- Organise and optimise requirements, methods and human and material resources
- Managing subcontractors
- Apply corrective measures if necessary
- Control the execution of the work by setting objectives for the teams (productivity improvement plan, progress schedules, additional expenditure and products, budgets, invoicing and payments, etc.).
- Acting as an appeal body for teams (customer relations, secondary contractors, suppliers)
- Ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained or improved in line with the contract (quality, deadlines, OPR, removal of reservations and acceptance, etc.)
The Service Manager therefore assesses the solutions subscribed to by the customer and makes recommendations, ensuring that the service purchased by the customer is running smoothly and that saturation is not reached (in terms of capacity, bandwidth, quality of service availability, resources made available, etc.).
