The profile we are looking for is technically "expert", because the client expects him to be operational quickly and it is imperative that he is autonomous (= no need for coaching to write technical files, for example).
It is imperative that the proposed profile masters the above mentioned technologies + standard development tools: GitHub, a unit testing tool like superTest or Jest, Jira, Confluence, the CI/CD chain (the client uses a Turbine to deploy, which is based on GKE). Python/Spark would be a great advantage. Proficiency in DevOps tools is mandatory.
In terms of human profile, we are looking for someone who is a driving force, who takes initiatives, who is curious, pragmatic and ready to challenge business positions to simplify features. Rigour and organisational skills are also important. Finally, for a good integration in the existing team, team spirit is crucial.

In this context, the client is looking for an experienced Tech Lead, primarily on the product which is developed in NodeJS for the back and VueJS for the front, hosted on GCP, but whose mission may later be shifted to other products in the domain, on the following technologies
- Java Script (Node and Vue)
- MongDB Atlas
- Kafka
Mission
The role of the Tech Lead is to lead the construction of digital products to meet the company's requirements for quality, productivity, development, availability, performance and security:
- write the detailed design file upstream of a change, based on the enterprise architecture and solution planned by the domain referents
- ensure that the developers understand the design
- prepare the necessary infrastructure
- support developments (Lead Dev role with 2 to 3 developers on Data Quality) to guarantee a high level of quality and maintainability, in compliance with the client's standards
- Assembling the built components, before delivery to the users
- monitoring the product in production (Datadog)
- Ensure the maintenance in operational condition of the products (corrections, tuning...)
- detect technical product debts and have them resolved
Note: a technical test will be carried out during the customer presentation meeting.
