  • You should be of graduate level in a technical / commercial area
  • 2 - 3 years Proven sales work experience in a busy client focused commercial environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM / ERP (AX Dynamics)
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Transversal collaboration and team spirit
  • Fluent in French and a strong English level is a must
  • You should be autonomous, proactive and willing to learn • Must be IT literate.

We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative in France for a global international business that designs, manufacturers and supplies commercial kitchen equipment to the biggest Fast Food Restaurant Corporations.


Who are we looking for?


  • A motivated technical sales performer fluent in French and in English,
  • A candidate based in the South-West of France around Bordeaux area flexible and willing to travel on a regular basis






Mission


Main Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Working with Operations, Equipment and Construction dep to resolve and/or facilitate solutions to make it real in the restaurant
  • Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products • Maximizing customer satisfaction by expediting resolution of problems and complaints
  • Selling products and services using solid arguments to existing & prospective customers
  • Ensuring sales targets are consistently met.
  • Establishing technical needs of our customers, suggesting appropriate products and keeping them informed about new products and services.
  • Being able to explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
  • Preparing quotes and liaising with the administration department to create invoices and follow them up
  • Updating records of customer communications and contact information.
