- Have a valid BAC+ 2, BTS, DUT diploma in Commerce, Marketing or a related field;

- 2 years' professional experience in a similar position in the retail or FMCG sector;

*Have a good command of sales techniques

*Have a good knowledge of the area concerned (Man and the entire western zone)

*Excellent negotiating and persuasive skills

*Good analytical and summarising skills

*Demonstrate method, rigour and a high degree of integrity

*Good team management skills

*Good command of office automation tools, in particular the Office pack (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

As part of our mission to help companies select their talent and build a high-performance, efficient team, Anywr is recruiting a Territory Manager for its client in the cosmetics industry.



Mission

Reporting to the Head of Sales, your main tasks will be to :

- Ensures that the sales policy and sales conditions are applied;

- Ensuring product availability and price compliance at points of sale;

- To achieve the objectives set, strictly within the allocated budget.

- To ensure that all promotional activities are carried out at the points of sale in compliance with the rules laid down by the company


You will be responsible for the following activities (non-exhaustive list):

- Ensure that the sales prices defined in the sales policy are applied;

- Preparing and analysing stock and sales monitoring dashboards: reporting on the activity and profitability of the various departments.

- Rigorously apply the company's sales techniques;

- Promoting points of sale;

- Carry out site visits (planned or unannounced);

- Ensuring cohesion within teams: organising and leading follow-up/motivation/coaching meetings with teams;

- Evaluate the team's individual and collective performance according to criteria and supports defined by the company

- Monitor the competition and draw up recommendations and corrective actions;

- Monitor and organise the skills development of employees and propose training courses;

- Representing the company at commercial events such as trade fairs, conferences and events organised by

local authorities, etc.




Work environment

Position based in Man, Côte d'Ivoire with regional mobility and occasional travel to company headquarters in Abidjan.
